BetMaster is an informational and analytical tool. It does not guarantee winnings, profit, or recovery of losses. Gambling involves a risk of losing money.
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between the user of the website https://betmaster.game, software, browser extension, user account, demo mode, and related BetMaster services (“User”, “you”) and the person managing and administering the betmaster.game platform (“Betmaster Team”, “Administration”, “we”, “us”).
1.2. By using the Service, creating an account, installing or launching the software, activating a trial period, or paying for a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
1.3. If you do not agree with these Terms in whole or in part, you must stop using the Service and must not install, launch, or pay for the Software.
1.4. BetMaster is not a casino, bookmaker, gambling operator, financial institution, payment service, investment adviser, or legal adviser.
1.5. The Administration may amend these Terms. An updated version becomes effective when published on the Website unless another effective date is stated in that version. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Purpose and Features of the Service
2.1. BetMaster is an auxiliary informational and analytical tool for blackjack. Depending on the selected plan, settings, and technical compatibility, it may provide statistical data, exposed-card tracking, Running Count and True Count indicators, estimated cards remaining in the shoe, strategy tables, game-action recommendations, alerts, user settings, and selected automation features.
2.2. Features, plans, supported browsers, devices, games, tables, and interfaces may change. The Administration does not guarantee ongoing compatibility with any particular device, browser, operating-system version, game, casino, table, or third-party interface.
2.3. Any reference to Infinite Blackjack, Cloudbet, or Evolution on the Website or in the Service is descriptive only and does not mean that BetMaster is approved, licensed, partnered, integrated, or affiliated with any of them.
2.4. Cloudbet, Evolution, and other third parties are not responsible for BetMaster. Betmaster Team is not responsible for the products, services, game rules, outcomes, calculations, payouts, limits, decisions, or actions of Cloudbet, Evolution, or other third parties.
3. No Guarantee of Winnings; User Assumes Risk
3.1. BetMaster does not guarantee winnings, profit, a positive financial outcome, reduction or recovery of losses, recovery of lost funds, any specified RTP, or any advantage over a casino.
3.2. All indicators, calculations, recommendations, signals, alerts, strategies, prompts, and automation results are provided for informational purposes only. They are not a promise, forecast, or guarantee of the outcome of any bet, hand, session, or series of games.
3.3. You independently make, and assume all risk for, every decision to join a hand, set a bet amount, choose a game action, or use Cash Out, insurance, Double, Split, Martingale, Auto Play, Auto Betting, or any other feature.
3.4. Gambling outcomes depend on chance, the rules of the relevant table, limits, user actions, and other factors. A statistical model or a potential long-term advantage does not predict the result of a particular hand or session.
3.5. Bet-increase strategies after losses, including Martingale and similar approaches, involve heightened risk. They do not guarantee recovery of losses and may rapidly increase the amount lost, including due to table limits or insufficient funds.
3.6. You confirm that you gamble only with funds you can afford to lose, independently set time and spending limits, and do not treat the Service as a source of guaranteed income.
4. Automation Features
4.1. Auto Play, Auto Betting, session-maintenance, and other automation features, where available, are technical tools that operate according to parameters selected by you.
4.2. You are fully responsible for enabling, configuring, monitoring, and using automation. Before enabling it, you must verify bet amounts, limits, number of repeat bets, multipliers, strategy, and all other settings.
4.3. Automation may place bets or perform game actions without separate confirmation of each action. You must monitor the gaming session and be able to disable automation immediately.
4.4. The Administration does not guarantee that automation is permitted under the rules of a particular casino, gaming platform, game provider, jurisdiction, or your account.
5. Technical Risks and Third-Party Services
5.1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, timely, or secure operation of the Service.
5.2. The Service depends on circumstances outside the Administration’s control, including:
- changes to the interface, rules, mechanics, timers, card formats, limits, or other parameters of a casino, game, or gaming table;
- updates to or characteristics of Cloudbet, Evolution, browsers, operating systems, extensions, drivers, and devices;
- stream delay, network latency, synchronization issues, incomplete display of information, or discrepancies between displayed data and the actual game state;
- failures of internet connections, VPNs, proxies, DNS, internet service providers, hosting providers, CDNs, mobile networks, and other communications channels;
- freezing, updating, closing, blocking, or restriction of a browser, tab, device, gaming session, or account;
- incorrect, incomplete, late recognition, omission, duplication, or classification of cards, bets, shoe changes, game actions, or other events;
- errors in user settings, strategies, card weights, betting tables, presets, limits, or automation parameters;
- manual user intervention in bets, card history, settings, browser, or the gaming process;
- maintenance, downtime, security measures, anti-bot protections, restrictions, or decisions of third parties; and
- force majeure events.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Administration is not responsible for the technically correct, uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation of casinos, game providers, payment systems, browsers, operating systems, internet networks, user devices, or other third-party services.
6.2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Administration is not liable for lost bets, loss of deposits, bankroll, cryptoassets, gaming balances, profit, data, account access, opportunity to participate in a game, or any other direct or indirect losses.
6.3. The Administration is not liable for the placement, alteration, duplication, cancellation, non-performance, partial performance, or delayed performance of any bet or game action, including where the Software does not recognize a shoe change in time, adjust a bet, remove chips, execute Cash Out, or complete an action before a game timer expires.
6.4. The Administration is not liable for any restriction, suspension, review, verification, bonus cancellation, closure, or other action affecting your account taken by a casino, provider, payment organization, public authority, or other third party.
6.5. Where the Administration’s liability cannot be fully excluded, its total aggregate liability for all claims connected with the Service is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6.6. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
7. Lawful Use and Third-Party Rules
7.1. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have reached the minimum age required to use the Service and participate in gambling under the law applicable to you.
7.2. You are solely responsible for the legality of accessing the Service, using the Software, participating in gambling, using card-counting and automation features, and using cryptoassets or other payment methods.
7.3. You must review and comply with the rules of the casino, gaming platform, and game provider you use. Overlays, automation, card-counting software, bots, scripts, and other auxiliary tools may be prohibited or restricted by third parties.
7.4. You assume the risk of any consequence imposed by third parties in connection with use of the Service. The Administration does not provide legal advice on the legality of gambling, automation, card counting, taxation of winnings, or third-party rules.
8. Account, Security, and Acceptable Use
8.1. You must provide accurate and current information for your BetMaster account and keep your login credentials confidential.
8.2. You are responsible for actions performed using your account, including those resulting from sharing access, improper password storage, or compromise of your device or session.
8.3. If you use a saved authorized casino-browser session, you are solely responsible for the security of that session and your gaming account. The Administration is not responsible for unauthorized access, loss of access, compromised data, or transactions in your casino account.
8.4. You may not transfer, sell, rent, sublicense, share access to a subscription, circumvent plan or technical restrictions, decompile, modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without the Administration’s prior written consent.
9. Subscription, Plans, and Trial
9.1. Pricing, billing period, available features, trial terms, and payment methods are shown on the Website or in the checkout interface at the time of purchase.
9.2. Before payment, you must verify the current price, billing period, plan features, subscription-renewal terms where applicable, and other order terms.
9.3. If automatic renewal is available and expressly disclosed at checkout, the subscription renews for the relevant period until cancelled by you through the available method.
9.4. Terms for plan changes, subscription cancellation, and refunds are governed by information on the Website or payment interface and by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
9.5. The Administration may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for breach of these Terms, attempted circumvention of payment or restrictions, unauthorized distribution, interference with the Service, fraud, or abuse.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. Rights in the Website, Software, interface, design, source code, algorithms, databases, text, graphics, and other BetMaster elements belong to the Administration or are used by it lawfully.
10.2. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose during the applicable subscription period.
11. Suspension and Termination
11.1. The Administration may temporarily limit access for updates, maintenance, bug fixes, security, or changes to functionality.
11.2. You may stop using the Service at any time. Stopping use does not cancel obligations already incurred and does not itself create a right to a refund, except where expressly required by applicable law or the terms of the relevant order.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1. These Terms are governed by the generally accepted principles of international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; if settlement cannot be reached, they shall be referred to arbitration at the User’s place of residence.
12.2. Before commencing court proceedings, you must send a complaint or claim to support@betmaster.game and allow the Administration at least 30 calendar days to respond.
12.3. Disputes will be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction under applicable law. Where a contractual choice of venue is permitted, disputes will be heard at the Administration’s location.
