REFUND POLICY

1. General Provisions

BetMaster provides digital services in the form of a subscription — a browser extension and analytical service for blackjack. Payment is accepted exclusively in cryptocurrency. Due to the digital nature of the service and the irreversibility of cryptocurrency transactions, this Refund Policy sets out the specific circumstances under which a refund may be issued.

2. Free Trial Period

A free trial period of 3 days is available before purchasing a paid subscription. Users may evaluate the service features without any financial obligation. Use of the trial period means the User has had the opportunity to review the functionality and interface of the Service before making their first payment.

3. Grounds for a Refund

A refund may be issued in the following cases:

3.1. Technical unavailability of the service. If the service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to circumstances within the Administration's control, the User may request a pro-rata refund for the period of unavailability.

3.2. Erroneous duplicate charge. If the User was charged more than one payment for the same billing period due to a technical error, the confirmed overpayment amount is subject to refund.

3.3. Request within 24 hours of first payment. If the User purchased a paid subscription for the first time (without having used the trial period) and submitted a refund request within 24 hours of payment without having used the Service, the Administration will review such a request on a case-by-case basis.

4. Circumstances Under Which Refunds Are Not Issued

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• after 24 hours from the date of payment, except in the cases specified in clauses 3.1 and 3.2;
• if the User used the free trial period before purchasing a paid subscription;
• in connection with a downgrade to a lower-priced plan during the current paid billing period;
• in connection with gambling results, losses, deposit losses, loss of funds in a gaming account, or any other financial results related to the use of the Service's recommendations, statistics, or automation features;
• if the User has violated the Terms and Conditions of the Service;
• if access to the Service was restricted or terminated at the initiative of a casino, gaming platform, or government authority;
• due to incompatibility of the Service with a specific device, browser, casino, or gaming table, as the User was advised of this risk in the Terms and Conditions.

5. Irreversibility of Cryptocurrency Transactions

The User acknowledges that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by their technical nature. A refund, if approved, will be made by the Administration independently via a separate outgoing payment in the same or equivalent cryptocurrency to the User's wallet. The Administration is not responsible for any exchange rate difference arising between the date of payment and the date of the refund.

6. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the User must:

1. Send an email to support@betmaster.game with the subject line "Refund Request".

2. Include in the email: the email address of the BetMaster account, the date and amount of payment, the transaction hash or other proof of payment, and a description of the grounds for the refund.

3. The Administration will review requests within 10 business days and send a response to the email address provided.

7. Important Limitations

BetMaster is exclusively an informational and analytical tool and does not guarantee winnings, profit, or a positive financial result. Refunds in connection with gambling losses, results of using automation features (Auto Play, Auto Betting), or Service recommendations will not be issued under any circumstances. The User assumes all risks associated with participation in gambling.

BetMaster is not affiliated with, partnered with, or a representative of Cloudbet, Evolution, or any other casino or gaming provider.
